This a less expensive option to some of Dr Joel Wallach's product line. In the spirit of wanting to provide a person with comprehensive nutrition, this multi provides a hard to get full spectrum of trace minerals, antioxidants and vitamins. You'll feel great taking it. I gave it up for a while thinking I could get the same coverage through taking a regular multi along with spirulina, but I was surprised that spirulina does not typically contain the full spectrum of minerals. I'm also happy to see that the price has come down.

when i opened the bottle the vitamins looked 1 Million yrs. old with a HUGE piece of long filthy cotten inside that was breaking all apart as in decaying and the tablets are mostly busted up-broken and shaved off and you name it-looks like someone put Million yr. old vitamins in a newer bottle

I used to take a multi vitamin (Orange Triad) but it seemed to be overkill. Taking this, I feel, is much wiser. The levels aren't as high (your body can't absorb everything, ie, bright yellow pee) and comes from natural foods. Helps balance out my poor diet. I do workout and find it hard to eat healthy. This helps.

High quality easily absorbed, you can tell by they way they break down in water.
