Hi, I hope I can help you a little. I have never bought them before this last time. My main problem is they don't stick well. When they do stick, they work pretty well. I like that they have 4 sizes and I like that they give thicker overnight patches, but I think I will go back to the ones I used to use (can't remember the brand, but they came in a pink box). Yes, but it’s a long way out. I got mine 6/23 and the expire 4/26. They also come in two big pouches, with smaller sealed pouches within the two larger.
