製品は良いけどサポートが....
仕事での使用のために購入しました。製品は印刷スピードも早く、使用状況自体には満足していたのですがサポートセンターに電話しても中途半端な回答しか得られず本来の目的とは違った使い方をすることになってしまいました。もうすこし手厚いサポートが受けられると総合でも星5になるかと思います。

細かい印字が出来ない。
前機種の方が細かい印字が鮮明に出来たがこの機種は駄目ですね。印字速度は速くなったけどメリットは感じない。36ｍｍサイズの印字幅が広くなった点は良いと思う。ブラザーのラベルプリンターは必ず2年程度で壊れているので購入価格からすると割高ですね。

ラベルの左端がカスレる
今までの９８００PCNと比べると 本当に雑な作りです。印字品質も悪く スピードもメリットを感じません本体価格は、安くなりましたが 本末転倒的な商品です。
