8Bitdo SN30 Pro (G Classic Edition) Bluetooth Game Pad

This is the 1st time I've purchased an 8bitdo controller, I've used my dualshock on my tablet but then have to reconnect it to my ps4 every time I want to play ps4 (which is a lot). I thought to save me the hassle I'd get a dedicated controller for my tablet and decided on the 8bitdo sn30 after reading all the good reviews.I'm so glad I did, it's an amazing controller, the build quality is brilliant, all the buttons feel lovely, it's so light and small but not to small. It connects so easy and can use it on virtually any game and the whole tablet if needed. It's like it's part of my tablet.If anybody can't decide whether to buy it or not like I did, just buy it because you won't regret at all.

I really like this controller. It is clearly reminiscent of the original SNES controller. The quality of build is really decent - I would judge this to be really close to OEM controllers. So, pretty good.Useability is great. I was up and connected to my laptop within seconds. I use the controller to play retro games generally. And it's clearly great for that.Overall, a good purchase. I'm glad I spent a little extra getting the quality. Again, it really does feel good in the hands. Recommended for sure!

Great controller - perfect size for 'normal adult' hands. Connects up to my Galaxy S23 phone and my MacBook Pro with no problems. Worked immediately with almost everything I tried on my phone (various emulators, Horizon Chase, GRID Autosport, GTA 3, GTA Vice City - but not GTA San Andreas) and also with Horizon Chase Turbo on my Mac. Looks really good too and the build quality is high. Ideal form factor for just chucking in a bag too, looking forward to travelling with it.

I purchased this because the d-pad on the switch joy cons aren’t great for certain games.The pairing is fairly straightforward, but nowhere near as easy as first party controllers; you can’t turn the console on remotely with this controller.The ABXY buttons feel great and the analogue sticks are pretty good too. The shoulder buttons are a little more squishy but not terrible.Unfortunately, the D-pad, whilst better in some ways, falls short overall. No one can make D-pads like Nintendo in my opinion. When pressing one direction, sometimes the pressure is transferred to an adjacent directional input. So, for example, a specific downward press becomes a diagonal press, this is not something you get with official controllers.All in all, it’s a great controller to have for multiplayer games, like mario kart, where someone cannot use the little joy cons with normal human sized hands, but if a better D-pad is what you’re after, I recommend spending the extra money on a Switch Pro Controller.

Not only does the 8bitdo SN30 Pro game pad look beautiful, it also works incredibly well. It is compatible with a ton of devices depending how you turn it on which makes it very versatile. Even with its retro aesthetic it has a complete controller layout and the clicky feel of buttons and d pad seem to be very durable so far. 100% recommended.

Perfect size, perfect operation. No Bluetooth lag that I can see on Android, paired instantly.A great retro controller for emulation but with all the extra buttons needed for more up to date consoles. A good quality USBC lead and in-depth manual is included.

Connects with ease and is great for travelling, nice size for short time gaming.
