Q: Can I use this for Capet tufting backing glue?

This adhesive is specifically warranted for use as a full spread adhesive to concrete or plywood substrate. However, this adhesive has been used with great success to craft tufted carpets.

Q: Can I apply to back of rug that is peeling?

Thank you for your inquiry. No, 3085 is not recommended for this application technique. However, you may want to consider the ROBERTS 8 oz. Universal Carpet Seam Sealer, which is a solvent-free formula developed for seaming most types of carpet to prevent unraveling and delamination of the backing. It's suitable for the following backings: polypropylene, jute, urethane latex and unitary.

Q: Will it stick linoleum to osb board? linoleum has soft i think polyurethane base.

I used it to stick linoleum down to some glossy plastic feeling peel and stick tiles that were already on my closet floor. I do recommend getting on of those rollers to smooth the flooring down, though.

Q: Will this work to adhere felt back woven vynil to marine grade plywood on a pontoon floor?

I used it to install EVA foam on my open 21 open bow with wood and fiberglass floor and it held pretty well
