Q: How large is the jumping diameter on this particular model ? 430 model

The actual area for jumping and running in place is 31 inches across. This is a very nice trampoline with much more room than the other models like the 220 which I've owned before. It's very sturdy too. Assembly is required and it does take some work and a little muscle.

Q: how do you store? Can you store it sideways against a wall?

Yes. The trampoline can be stored vertically as it will balance on itself.
