It can be used wet or dry, is rechargeable and hold a 60 minute shave time allowing for several shaves before it needs to be charged again. It glides over the skin smoothly provideing a clean smooth shave that is easy on sensitive skin. It also keep track of the time left on the display in the handle letting you know when it's time to charge up again. It very easy to use right out of the box and just as easy to clean. Why did you pick this product vs others?:It cuts, but I wouldn’t compare it to the smoothness u would get with a standard razor u could get for a couple dollars at a store. I wouldn’t say the cleaning process is that complicated, however the first time I tried to detach the top piece to clean it, it would not come back together and in the process I did seem to break a piece off which now I totally can’t use it. which could be on me. The advertise u can use dry or wet but I don’t think it’s very effective wet. I also think it’s easier to get burns with this versus a regular razor as well.
