These work well in relieving metatarsal pain. They are soft and mostly stay in place while walking. The fit is a tiny bit loose, but my foot is narrow.

May not fit in every shoe, but very comfortable and eliminated the pain in the ball of my foot. If wearing barefoot, product is most comfortable

They work as reported although a little bit uncomfortable with some of my shoes.

I like the feel of these and they’re slim enough to fit inside of your shoe and not feel uncomfortable. The downside is in the photo it shows that they are longer than they actually are the real item stops around your metatarsal, which is the widest part of your foot and as a result, they slide and don’t stay in place when you’re wearing only your socks, you have to have your shoes and constant weight on them on in order to keep them from moving.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've had surgery on my left foot in the past. Since the surgery it has been hard to find a shoe that is comfortable for my morning walks. It works as far as I didn’t feel any pain when I used them in my dance shoes, the problem is it felt uncomfortable in between the big and middle toe because it tugged on my foot while dancing on the balls of my feet like an uncomfortable sandal. Don’t use them as much because of that.

I injured my foot after a lengthy hike. After some research, I ordered three different metatarsal pads all meant to go over the ball of your foot with a gel sleeve sewn in. When they came in, it was obvious that these pads by Brison lived up to the good reviews online. Like other people noticed, it immediately allowed me to walk without pain. My socks fit nicely over the pads and that night I was able to walk my dog again. Looking forward to getting back on the trail, too.
