Really happy with the purchase! Immediately upgraded keyboard and mouse but definitely not a requirement! Works perfectly and has great speed even without being hard wired!

It's a nice little computer and is pretty fast. I'm still sort of testing it out but it seems fine. It glitches sometimes on video and, after having done some updates, I'm hoping there is not an audio issue, but generally, it works fine so far. I work online and have to download alot of things when I start work and I have noticed that goes a lot faster.

It took a bit to get used to (I am still working on some things), but it is a great upgrade from my last HP. The only bummer is that I loved having tons of USB connections, with 3 on the right side. This one only has about 4 USB connections, all in the back. I have limited desk space, so having to turn the system to load a USB is a bit of a pain.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my almost 14 year old son. My son is on the Spectrum and is able to navigate and learn this HP computer impressively well. It will be great for him next year when he goes to high school. Comes with Windows 11, a nice mouse and keypad. The screen is sleek and it works as expected. To many repeating apps even when removed from computer. Constantly updating and changing set up and very frustrating to use. Did not make it a year due to it's updating and changing system set up and losing files with each one of it's "lets make things better" updates.
