Why connector
This was a great price. I needed it for media equipment at Church. i've used for a few weeks, and have not had any issues thus far.

Does not work
It installed as a USB 3.0 Hub when it was plugged in.My Samsung S25 Ultra did not recognize it for charging and it did not populate the phone in my drives to transfer pictures. Although I could see the power LED come on, none of my USB C drives populated in the computer.

The dual female does not work
I bought it to charge my phone and listen to my earbuds at the same time, both of which require USB C, but it will only allow one to operate at a time.

Does not work
This does NOT allow you to use a single usbc charger block to power 2 devices. So, if this is your use case, look elsewhere!
