This is fantastic. Alkaline water to drink, Acid water for the plants, purified water for the pets, all in one faucet. We redid the kitchen and I wanted to get away from pitchers with filters. Well worth the money.

After a week of installation and learning, how to use this thing, I lined clean white bowls up and tested every level of water. I narrowed it down to a few for the sake of this photo, but essentially, the machine doesn’t do anything. In fact, our regular tapwater was more alkaline than the highest setting of alkaline water, and the acidic water wasn’t acidic at all. It basically renders the machine is completely useless. Now I’m just regretting that I have to go through the hassle of uninstalling it and returning it.

Update:I did find & contact the manufacturer. The unit was actually under warranty & they were amazing! It did cost about $160 to ship it back, however, they are shipping a brand new one, loaded with brand new filters. They also tested & cleaned our faucet & made sure it was working perfectly. They were very helpful & sent an update letting us know all the info & that they were shipping the new one as well as the tracking number so that we can track it.Really pleased with the service!The unit itself is really great. It works as it is supposed to (at least according to our test kits) making both the acidic & alkaline water that it’s supposed to. Great product, great service. Based on our experience, BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.Purchased this June 12, 2023 & have loved it up until yesterday. The one issue we did notice along the way was its sensitivity to electrical spikes. Despite having it on a surge supressor, it blows the fuse regularly. We had storms yesterday so I turned off the unit via the on/off switch to protect it from electrical fluctuations. Once the storms passed, I turned the switch back on but the unit did not come on. I replaced the fuse 3 different times but it still didn’t come back on.Trying to find any sort of contact for the company to see if we can figure out what’s going on has been impossible so far. Will keep trying…prior to this experience our experience with this unit has been favorable.

I still haven’t figure out what’s the deal with the double faucet??? I ask the seller and I got a vague response that the water from the bottom faucet is also some alkalined water that you can save? For use later on?? Lol

My husband did his research. This was fairly easy for him to install (I say fairly because we put it under our kitchen sink). The water tastes great.
