I have been using a different Cal Mag liquid that was much more palatable. So far, Im not enjoying this one....hopefully it will get easier to take once I get used to it. I may have to go back to the old one...(Amazon stopped selling the one I was using)...in case youre wondering why I made the switch.

I really was wanted to like this stuff. I LOVE Pina Coladas so figured what the heck. I read the other review who dreamt she was drinking a Pina Colada. I am 65 and take some other pills, vitamins, etc so thought this would be something easy....take a spoonful and that is that. My husband says it isn't too bad. However, that being said I could not handle at all. It was so thick it was barely coming out of the bottle. It was thick, chalky and frankly not too different than the stuff I had to drink before a barium enema ! Maybe my taster is off? Perhaps, but there is not a way I can take this. Back to looking for another way to get my calcium. !

Who likes taking calcium supplements? They are mostly gross and chalky. I actually like this one though, and since I was just pregnant and couldn't drink alcohol, I dreamt I was having a real pina colada.

Love! Love! Love! But the pina colada wasnt my favorite flavor. I prefer the strawberry. Helps me sleep and when I had restless leg syndrome while pregnant I would take this and it would stop within 15 min.

Flavor not so good and too thick to swallow without diluting!

If you've had to use traditional mag citrate ... clear liquid, no real similarity to this product. Opaque and VERY thick. And can YOU read the instructions? Mote than half the text is printed on a glossy dark blue surface, and consequently unreadable.
