Synido K25, drum pad setup.
Everything worked when I received the K-25, but the pads had musical notes instead of drum sounds. When trying to change the sound, I pushed down on the volume knob, pressed Pad1, and turned the volume knob. I couldn’t find the drum sound, and ended up disabling all the sound from Pad1. The other 7 drum pads still worked, but had musical notes.I’m using an iPad because we don’t have internet suppliers willing to provide an internet way out here. My MBA and Asus Windows laptops are collecting dust since I quit my awful dish internet; it was 10x slower than cellular data. However, the Synido editing software requires a computer. Without a true internet, I decided to use my cellular hotspot to download the Synido software, which then fixed it. Now everything works perfectly. However, the musical notes on GarageBand (GB) still persisted, and not the drum notes I wanted, because I want to finger drum with the drum pads. The fix for that was simple too. After searching, I found a solution that basically sums it up. On GB, drums “have” to be selected to get drum sounds. Too simple.

It's legit
Love this thing but every time I use it my computer crashes. It's probably not the device itself but rather the plugins (software) on the daw

Perfect Midi
I bought this to start making music and it works perfectly. I have no complaints other than my lack of knowledge regarding setting it up... The drum pads, the keyboard, the cords, and all the knobs work with no problems.

Poor instructions and support
Looked great, but once you hook it up, it doesn’t do anything. The DAw software I have and garage band does not recognize the device. The instructions are very limited and it does not come with software like other midi devices. Very hard to find any info online either.

Great Controller, Looks Fantastic
I love the key responsiveness, mapping options, and compatibility. This unit is one of my favorite midi controllers in my arsenal. Of course the awesome purple color is mesmerizing.
