Q: Do I need a subscription to watch or record video messages? What type of memory card need? How to turn off the ads?

No subscription is required, Support SD/Cloud, max up to 128G. Pls format the sd card before install. In the lower right corner of the iCSee, Click on"me", and choose "Tool", Slidethe button left to turn off the Ads.

Q: I can't play video on PC software

The software for PC needs to download a specific player to play the contents of the SD card, you can get the software from us.

Q: Does it work with NVR? What is the IP address?

Yes, only work with NVR that supports 6MP and above resolution, You need to extra buy a POE splitter if your NVR with POE. HTTP Port is 80, RTMP Port is 1935NVR IP is 192.168.1.10

Q: The camera asked for a password, but I don't know it?

If it have password need or connect fails, please Long press the reset button for 10s to reset it and connect it again. (the reset button is located on left of SD slot)

Q: The camera shows "Offline", is it damaged?

Maybe it is issue of network connection. Reset the camera and re-connect it. Try changing the image quality to Standard Definition or place the camera closer to the Wifi router.
