If you have any pieces that were damaged due to the shipping company, they will replace them quickly without an issue.Great product, everything works correctly. LED Light remote was a little bent however it works correctly. Range of the LED Light remote isn’t that great but it works. I haven’t changed the battery to see if that has any effect. Fireplace remote works great and has great range.I assembled the entertainment center by myself without any issues.ASSEMBLY HACKS1. Two sided tape is what adheres the LED strip lights(peel back the white tape from adhesive strip).2. You can install the LED strip lights once the entertainment center has been fully assembled from the underside of the top. This way you have a solid starting and stopping point and can run at a variation of different locations/angles if you prefer3. Fireplace face screws are located on the sides of the fireplace box and the screws are silver. This is if y’all prefer to put in the crystals which I highly recommend for a more modern feel.4. Assemble/install everything in order one piece at a time to make it a rinse and repeat process and you’ll have it together in no time.I would buy this entertainment center again. Plus my girls(pups) love it!

The media could not be loaded. Instructions were difficult to read, but between my husband and I, we did get it put together in about 2 hours. The initial delivery was a mess. It was sent in 2 different packages which resulted in the fireplace package being stolen, but customer service was friendly and very helpful with sending a replacement quickly. Everything worked as directed, but I tore a portion of the LED strip by accident which was totally on me and not the company. May decide to but a LED strip separately or just enjoy it without them. Either way, I'm very satisfied. It's beautiful...UPDATE: I reached out to the company to inquire about a price for the LED strip I ripped. They offered to send a replacement for free, which was amazing. I gave them a star back even though I took it due to how difficult the instructions were. I gave them back the star due to the prompt and amazing customer service. Thank you!!

Update 2/15/23:As beautiful as the unit is, the fireplace has suddenly started becoming louder and is just noisy now. I received it Dec 2022.It's making a light rapid knocking noise when it's just lit up with the image of the flames.When I turn on the heater, it is loud and the fan makes a slow churning noise like it's struggling to spin. I turned it on high to see if it would help the fan get going, but it doesn't help. That's just the new sound I guess.It also doesn't really heat up the room. I close all the doors to try and keep the heat in and unless I am standing inches in front of it, I don't feel anything. It does add a little something if the wall heater is on, but the point is not to have to use the gas wall heater.Original post Dec 2022:It is so beautiful and fairly easy to put together, because all of the pieces are labeled to correspond with the directions. The fireplace gives off great heat and the fan is pretty quiet.***One word of cautionMake sure you have your shelves and the fireplace crystals are piled up how you want them, because you have to remove the entire top to adjust. But I did it several times and it was easy enough to do.I've seen several reviewers saying their LED strips didn't work. Mine didn't appear to work at first, but I realized I just need to make sure the receiver is in an area that the remote can communicate with it. (a small rectangle, with a label, located at the "y" where the LED wires meet.)Both the fireplace remote and LED remote are working well.Their customer service is pretty amazing. Rapid response and extremely friendly and helpful.I am so happy I made this purchase!

Let me start with saying that when I started putting it together, for some reason I didn't understand where the metal part that is attached to part 7 came from... so I reached out to the seller asking them to send me the missing part. .. they answered me right away asking me to send them pictures which I did.. Anne sent me a text back explaining that the part wad attached to the fireplace and I had to remove it from there. I was very pleased with the customer support that the seller offered me. When I finished assembling my fireplace, I couldn't be more happy with the purchase ☺️... It is so cute and modern.I really recommend this beautiful piece of furniture.

Had the product come with damage and poorly cut parts that caused the table to misalign upon assembly. What really sets me off is the awful customer service. I contacted their customer service with plenty of photos for evidence (chipped wood upon delivery, metal strips were improperly cut and were jagged and sharp, wood panel for top wasn’t cut as a perfect rectangle so it didn’t properly fit, leaving an unfinished corner piece exposed (and more issues on top of all of that). The customer service team tried telling me that none of it was a big deal and because I could technically still use the table, they didn’t see an issue. What? The issue is I spent $90 on this table and it looks like trash with chipped wood everywhere and the top of the table doesn’t align. Even the sliding door doesn’t slide because the metal pieces wouldn’t fit since they were cut wrong. Again, they didn’t see a problem. Had I spent $20 on this I still would’ve been disappointed and asked for a refund. Instead I spent $90 and they refuse to refund me what I paid for this product. Even going as far as saying that there would be a few to return it, even though this is 100% their fault. Do not buy this product. It’s like rolling the dice and hoping you get an undamaged product, then on top of that hoping all of the pieces are cut properly. If you have to contact them for anything you’re honestly better off just hitting your head against a wall, it would be less frustrating that dealing with their team. They are terrible.
