Q: Does any one else's fan make a deep 'whuh whuh' sound on the lowest setting? It's a constant at about 4 whuhs per second and quite noticeable.

YES! Ours does this too, on both lino and carpet on setting 1 which is meant to be the quietest setting, this is most definitely NOT a quiet or silent fan. I have even measured the decibels using an app and the quietest is still 35db, not the 28db the claim. I would have expected a lot better for a £75 fan from Honeywell. Very disappointed.

Every fan makes a noise but this one is quiet enough to sleep through when you have it on the night sleep setting.
