The clock is neat and well-made but I was disappointed with the volume. I bought this alarm as a back-up because the alarm on my phone often doesn't rouse me. Unfortunately, it is a very muted 'beep' that I could sleep through. It does rise to a crescendo as the alarm continues - finishing in continuous, urgent beeping. If you're not a heavy sleeper, this would be ideal and represents value for money. If you're hard of hearing or a deep sleeper, this may not be sufficient.

Great little alarm clock with snooze facility which is ideal. It’s also totally silent which is even better as other alarm clocks I’ve had which are meant to be silent aren’t!

Absolute rubbish. Batteries have to be 'hammered in' and prised out with great difficulty. Alarm noise almost imperceptible

Super little clock. Definitely no ticking! Have to press the light switch on the top though, to see the time during the night. Luminous hands would be better.

Does what it says on the box. Easy to use

As a clock, it couldn't be more satisfactory. However, I bought it because it was said to have a particularly loud alarm which - because without my hearing-aids - I need to wake me. I'm afraid that in that respect it is useless for me and I can't hear the alarm at all. Sorry!
