Excellent luggage. Nice look and great quality. It rolls easily and isn’t too heavy.

I researched before selecting this brand of luggage and I came to the conclusion based on quality, reviews, and cost that it represented best value! The type of material "polycarbonate" was rated better than the polypropylene and cheaper than the aluminum type so this was a trade off for us. I haven't used the luggage yet but based on initial inspection, it looks like quality materials inside and out plus craftsmanship! We're anxious to take our first trip with our great looking luggage!

Good looking luggage and of good size. I've taken it to a couple of trips. It holds up pretty well.

Looking for hard case carryons and found this great luggage with an easy access outside pocket. Love the luggage color, rolls smoothly, inside straps hold clothes in place easily, love the combination TSA zipper locks and handles rises and lockers with ease. Liked this luggage enough additional pieces will be purchased.

Bought the large checkied bag size 4 days prior to trip. Set combo lock night before, all OK. Day of trip added a few odds and ends, closed and attempted to lock. No luck. Reset lock per instructions. Still no luck. Had to use a brass TSA lock from old luggage. Upon arrival I unpacked most of contents. It was a weekend so no contact with Ricardo company.A week later I lined up one of the zipper tabs, pressed, and it went in! OK, now release. No release. I now have a locked piece of luggage with items, including the warranty and registration card. Have sent two requests for contact a week apart with no contact. Finally found a phone number for them and have left messages (3) to two different departments requesting return call. No response. Current status: locked luggage, needed soon for return trip, no customer service to resolve problem. Next step may be to attempt breaking into it (literally) without damaging zippers.Sad part is, I bought 3 pieces of this luggage based on my experience of 20 years using a Ricardo carry on!

Medium size but roomy, good quality, nice wheels. No bottom handle to assist lifting. Prefer a smaller size.

Product came with only one of the zipper toggles so you cant lock it properly then the other zipper toggle fell off in less than 2 months so now its incredibly difficult to use. Disappointed because otherwise its a great suitcase
