I've not had the sage long however it was easy to operate and the perfect size for me to store my important, valuable household items. I would recommend this items from the experience I've had thus far.

This is a great safe for not much money. My 15.6” laptop easily fits inside with enough room for important papers and all of my meds (and there many).However, there are a couple of things that bug me. First is battery installation. As expected the battery cover is on the inside of the safe door. The problem is that instead of having a regular Philips screw securing the door it had a Torx T3 screw, which means that you can’t use a regular screw driver to remove it. I had to find someone with a set of Torx screw drivers with a T3 in it so that I could put batteries in it so I could open and close the door. Now I have to buy a whole set of screw drivers I will probably never use just so to get the one that I might use once or twice a year.The second thing is the way you have to program the safe combination. Without the manual you won’t be able to do it. There’re a lot of steps involved.Then there’s closing and locking the safe. I have another safe from a different company and that is necessary to lock it is to close the safe and press the lock button. With this one you have to reenter the combination first before pushing the lock button. Why?

This safe is a nice size. It fits on top of a file cabinet. It is easy to use and can be secured in several ways.

Anytime my wife and I travel we like a safe to store items.When we travel out of country we especially like to store our passports and extra cash in a hotel safe just so we don't have to carry them everywhere. After one trip I came home and started looking for a safe just like you have in a hotel or cruise ship. I found this safe which has a really large interior storage space.It is large enough to store a very large laptop and plenty more.It is easy to secure the safe so it can't be easily removed.I would purchase this safe again and I would recommend this safe.

We bought this 2 years ago and it worked fine until I accidently entered the code wrong by hitting the lock button when i was trying to open it. I have not been able to enter it correctly without getting an ERROR message. even trying to clear it doesn't work. AND we have lost the key!! So we contacted the company and ordered new keys. Just received a refund from PayPal for the keys with no explanation!! Now what????

Bought the safe for my son to keep his valuables safe while away at college.His laptop and other valuables easily fit in the safe.The lock is battery operated and also comes with 2 spare keys should you need to get in and forget your lock code or the batteries dies.Well made and sturdy.
