Worked great with cpap machine and portable battery
Used for 2 camping trips. Was able to use my resmed 11 connected to a Jackery battery. This was great as it reduced how much power it it sucked from the battery. Cpap machine worked great.

Thumbs up so far
I've only used this a couple times but it does what I need it to do. I have an Anker 1000 watt portable power station that I can use during power outages or camping. Using a DC cord with my CPAP allowes the the power station to power my CPAP for a few more nights than if I just plug in with a AC power cord.

Double the runtime vs AC adapter when using with an off-grid battery
Works perfectly with for my AirCurve 11 connected to my ecoflow delta 3 battery for camping. Over double the run time efficiency vs using the AC adapter. I tested using the AC adapter and it used 17% of my battery overnight. The next night I tested using this 12v adapter with the battery and it only used 8% – needless to say this is well worth the cost when sleeping off grid. (note, both tests were run from a full battery charge.)

Works great!
Works great on my cpap. Tried it out with a small 12 volt lithium battery to use when camping. Works alot better than having to use an inverter and battery.
