Amazing headset, clear voice and fits really well. Very comfortable and noise cancellation and sound quality is great.

Cannot be connected to the Laptop easily like the other headsets

They work perfectly but they are expensive to buy.

I have the voyager focus uc and the quality difference is leaps and abounds a above in terms of mic and the feel. I tried for about 2 minutes and knew that they were cheap feel. I tried a mic comparison on audacity with a logitech g330 and they sound awful in comparison. 2 stars because logitech support is superb!

Sound quality

The headset is comfortable, it sounds good, and the mic is excellent quality: the mic has brilliant rejection of background noise.Installing the "desktop" software is a must, as it seems to upgrade the firmware in the headset, which definitely improves the button responses, the sound quality (Which was awful out-of-the-box - ridiculously bass heavy, and very muddled).The noise cancellation, however, is at best functional. It attenuates some background noise for the wearer, but it's far from the levels expected in a typical modern headset - it helps a little, but don't expect "peace and quiet".It's great at all the things Plantronics are great at - sturdy, comfy, excellent sound quality and mic quality, and the inline controls work as expected, muting, hanging up and adjusting the volume as expected.The listener background noise cancellation is, unfortunately, at best three stars and way behind the competition.

Best headset I had so far. My customers don't hear any of the background noise (cars or planes), they only hear the chirping birds. :)
