No; you’ll need a larger size. Depending on grain size these seem to take around 350g.

Q: Are these made from heat resistant borosilicate glass?

not 100% sure but mine withstood hot waser at 75C, biggest problem would be the seals wouldn't survive any real heat as they are made from a rubber like substance, I have seen them used to store home made jam straight from the pan but not sure what the temperature was. Hope this helps
