A great product
Very simple to plan, physically install and use. I like the fact its modular and wireless, but time will tell on battery life. My only criticisms are: 1. There are two apps required if you have the alarm system and cctv. But once installed and setup, you just need the main app. and 2. Instructions are quite rudimentary (Ikea-esc) and need to be read a couple of times to properly understand images and what its saying.Overall, an excellent product and zero costs for things like subscription services for data retention (unlike Ring doorbells) as you can use SD cards on the cameras if you want to, for recorded playback.

Simple shame about price variastion
It was a fairly easy system to install. The motion detection works great on this as soon as the window and door sensor has been in broken the alarm go straight off. You have to buy some memory cards for the cameras, also so make sure your Wi-Fi covers to the cameras. Took me about 1-hour 30 minutes to install. Two downsides which one of them is the price dropped by my over 30% just after I bought this than the other downside is cameras can only be used or monitored by one person at a time

Erratic Alarm
Bought it 6 months ago and suddenly it became unresponsive. It went off and it won’t disarm.

Do not buy this crap
These alarm systems are rubbish, if power is lost they do not automatically reconnect even when hard wired in. Security cameras are the same so clearly an issue Yale needs to resolve. These alarms can be disabled in less than 10 seconds if your hub is found. Customer service is non existent and an absolute joke.

Don’t bother. A total disaster
We bought this months ago, but didn’t manage to put up until now because it really does require quite a lot of time and patience. There is a tamper alert on the siren even though it is properly mounted, and we tested on a table as per Yale’s instructions but the alert is still showing. We were told that we would need to arrange for this to get sent back. I think they should be arranging the collection. When we called Yale and an automated recording asked if we wanted a call back, we missed the call but called back the Yale caller and have been slapped with a £90 bill because the return call we made was to the states even though the original number we called was to the UK.The wall mounted sensors aren’t suitable to be screwed into the corner of a room either because they are curved.Need to try and get this sent back as it’s just been a total disaster start to finish. We’re not exactly flush so feel quite upset about this.Honestly, please do not bother
