Terrible uncomfortable and NOT EVEN CLOSE TO TRUE IN SIZE😞!!!!I wear a size 10….i purchased each size, including 3x….these things are impossible! Good luck if you want to fight to get in your close. SENDING THEM ALL BACK!!

I first ordered my normal size M, and I could hardly pull them on and the crotch hung to low. The only sizing chart is for your waist, my hips are the largest point so I then ordered the Large and that seems to be good. Like the pocket but it is small. They do make a wishing sound from the crotch.

Did make me sweat more on my walk. First bought 1 size bigger but was Very tight to get on. Returned that one and ordered 2 sizes bigger and much easier to put on. Only 3 ⭐️ because I just received.

Love these workout sauna pants. Couple of suggestions; buy more than one pair if your workout several times a week. I work out 5x’s a week and I bought 2 and it’s not enough because you cannot dry them in the dryer (which is standard for all these types of pants) I got an extra large and they fit perfect. I am 5’5 about 195 and I wear a large in most items so I went a size up. The other thing, and I think this is a good tip, I use this cream that is supposed to enhance fat loss but even if I didn’t, I wear a thin pair of leggings underneath so the pants don’t get so sweaty. I do this because to keep them nice they need to be cleaned after every use and they dry faster if I don’t have to soak them to get the cream off. I hope that makes sense. Anyway love them and am order a couple more and a top as well.

I am wearing these to try to get rid of that c/section bulge that doesn't respond to any dieting. I think it might be working! I also like that they hold things in tight when I'm working out (less jiggling). I wish they went over the knee, since I could stand to lose a little there as well. Going to buy the pants now and see how those are!BTW I usually wear a Lg/XL and I had to send back the first pair of 2XL bc I couldn't get them on! Ordered 3XL and those work fine.
