Easy to use.
I always cover my Mustang since I park it outside. I often would come out and find my cover on the ground due to a wind gust. This product allows me to attach the clips to the car cover in the front and the back. I simply attach the bungee cord between the two fasteners. Problem solved.

The bungee hook ends come off
I used carabiners after using this because the hooks will scratch the cars. The clips are outstanding though. We had high winds and the covers came up, so I used the clips for securing covers lengthwise and they did a great job.
