Hello Cat, I use this backpack for size "D" oxygen cylinders. They are about 20-inches tall and fill the pack completely. I checked the size of "B" oxygen cylinders. They are about 11-inches tall so will fit. BUT you asked about acetylene tanks. Are these the same size as oxygen tanks.
