I was dreading this, but my nose and allergies have been bothering me for a long time.Try being out in public when a nose hair stuck with boogers is itchy 😫It arrived today and I just tried it.Did not come with heating instructions, but one minute in the microwave got it just soft enough to use.I stick it in my nose with applicator sticks I bought from elsewhere (thought this would came with them, but did not).I started cooking dinner while it cooled to give it enough time (although doesn't need long).I stood in my bathroom for a minute with my hands on the sticks dreading the pull...No pain!I was shocked.Everyone knows how you get years in your eyes if you accidentally pull one hair, but this was painless!!

Works like a charm, money well spent.
