My favorite, fluffy goodness!
Easy, convenient and delicious. Excellent quality. Great texture not dry. Low carbs.

Good stuff
Bob's Red Mill gluten free works well. Probably the best glutten-free mix I've seen. I actually tried it out for waffles by adding an egg and a little oil. It worked well with the exception that it didn't seem to brown in the iron - color remained bland. Otherwise, I like it as a substitute for my wife's glutten-free diet.

Best pancakes ever!
I add hemp hearts to my mix for even more protein. My grandbaby loves them cooked with a sliced banana in the middle, in palm-size pancakes for a nice finger snack. I cook a batch at a time and place them between parchment paper layers to be heated in the toaster oven. Best EVER!

Some of the best homemade pancakes I've ever made. I'd definitely say to at least try it out!

Great for waffles
Our new morning breakfast routine: WAFFLES with blueberry syrup on top - my celiac prone husband loves this waffle mix. Since eggs are a no no for him also - I use Bob's Egg Replacer and a little bit of flax meal - works like a charm!
