This is a cute little rocket toy that is a great intoduction to space for the littles. I will say that I had no idea it vented water vapor from the bottom on "lift off" and thar was a nice surprise. It is well made and I am not worried about it not enduring normal play from two rambunctious toddlers. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is how loud it is when you push the buttom for liftoff. I am not sure why the manufacturer thought this needed to be so loud, but its not a deal breaker for me. I bought this for my grandson and hope he enjoys it. If not I may confiscate it for my collection. SUPER CUTE :)

Great quality, its durable, my 23 month old loves it! It is durable, and the number of features it has are great. It gives me the ability to do a number of activities with my son, such as assemble/disassemble, decorate with the stickers, use the mini-projector with the slide discs and it will be relavent in the near future where we can talk about rockets and rockets and their different stages/boosters. It’s really great. We love it. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

We got this for our son’s 4th birthday and he loves it. The steam rocket launch is a constant sound in our house since he is always playing with it and loves seeing the “smoke” when it takes off. The project is great for bedtime and he loves looking at the pictures on the ceiling as I read to him about space. The battery life is truly surprising since it is on all the time and hasn’t needed new batteries. Some small issues we had are the water reservoir is small and needs to be filled multiple times a day. I also noticed it leaking if left laying on its side. The biggest issue is if it is knocked over any it falls apart. I’ve watched it tip over it pop apart (not where it twists apart). Luckily everything pops back together and nothing has broken yet. Lastly, there was a lot of assembling and with an impatient 4 year old and vague directions it took a little but a figuring out. The stickers were the worse part but in the end it’s definitely worth the time.

My son requested “a rocket that can break apart and make sounds” for his birthday and I knew I had my work cut out for me. I was skeptical after reading other reviews but I decided to try it anyways. My husband and I were super impressed though when we got the toy! It has a lot of different configurations which my son loves. It makes noises and has lights that simulate a rocket taking off. Some of the concerns of other reviews were: too hot of steam and projector doesn’t work. We didn’t have either of those problems. The steam comes out the same temperature as the water you put in it. We used room temperature water and the steam never got hotter than that. The projector actually worked better than I expected. You need to put on the lens cap for it to project and it works best in a dark room. If you’re skeptical of this toy after reading other reviews, hopefully this will give you some reassurance since there isn’t another rocket toy out there that comes close to being this cool!

We have a winner!!! This was THE TOY on Christmas. Wow what a value! It has a cabin with astronauts! A view finder w several wheels for projecting on the ceiling..(if u can’t see its in backwards) and it has a cold water vapor port with a button on the lower rocket for the countdown to launch!…very very loud but I put tape over the speaker and everyone was happy again. This rocket rocks! Grown adult are intrigued! It’s totally worth the $$.! My kids were so happy playing with it. They keep grabbing it to go places to play with friends! Awesome toy! Made our Christmas morning so happy!
