This or the JBL exteme3?

With all due respect Sony Support, I don't think they were looking for your opinion as it's clearly biased. I can tell you I've owned 3 JBL extremes, 2 of them I had to return due to poor battery and it's plagued the product for years. The last one I bought I thought they fixed their issues but alas they have not. Battery did not fully charge after only 3 months of use. For that reason alone I will not buy a JBL product ever again. I can only hope Sony batteries are not crap like JBL's. Don't take my word for it either. It's well documented all over the Internet.

Just got this today. anyone else having low quality without the music center app?with it, sound is good. w/o it&aux, horrible sound. so disappointed.
