NilocG Aquatics Co2 Drop Checker Solution 4dKH/Ph Reagent for The Most Accurate Monitoring of Your Planted Tank Co2 Levels

Great product. Works as it should, and the bottle has quite a bit more solution compared to other brands. No mixing or guessing, just put it straight into your CO2 Drop checker and into the tank and you're good to go!

The media could not be loaded. One thing I disliked or maybe I missed it on the box but there were no instructions. I filled the glass ball part and 3 days past and the color never changed. Looked online and found out I only needed 15 drops of tester in the glass tube and got results in 2 hours.

I using this solution in my drop checker and it seems to work just fine. I'll post an update if any changes. It's a good sized amount which I'm sure will last a while. It's already mixed so you just add it into your drop checker as is.

Has great noticeable color to it

An absolute must for serious aquarium lovers. It not only makes tracking co2 level super easy, but by implication, it also assures you of the PH level and KH level. Having green color means all the three readings: co2, pH and kh, are at optimum level.With this indicator, I no longer have to measure pH and KH all the time with different products. Brilliant!

works great...i'm too lazy to mix my own and for the price this bottle will last for a long time. Much cheaper than the alternatives from Fluval, etc.

I use and like NilocG fertilizers so decided to try their CO2 drop checker solution, I'm disappointed and will most likely try a different brand after this.First, the solution wasn't sealed and leaked during shipping. I was going to exchange it but since there's still ~90% left, decided to just keep and use it. I thought the rest of the bottle should last me some time, but I was wrong. This solution is light so you'll have to use more in the checker. Then it looses its color intensity in a few days, and in a week or so turns completely clear and useless. All the other brands I've used previously have no problem maintaining its color intensity until my drop checker is covered in algae and had to be taken out for cleaning (every 6-8 weeks). Those solutions never turns clear like this one does.

No more trying to guess if my aquarium water is working with drops from the stuff that came with the drop checker. This is so much easier to use and I feel like I'm getting a more accurate reading.
