Jack is great just wished Amazon was the delivery person instead of the USPS mail system, I had to go to the post office to pick it up since our mail person is lazy and don't want to get out of her truck.

Jack arrived in a box that was damaged, and the jack itself bent and broke upon first use. I mentioned the damaged box during the return procedure. However, Amazon told me I need to box it up to return it. The problem is the Jack is 5 feet long / heavy and even the UPS store does not have a box it will fit in so I can’t even return it as they require it to be boxed. It is a useless hunk of metal garbage and I don’t understand why it even needs to be returned for a refund at this point.

I got an Amazon warehouse open box model for a great price, I suggest you find one because it’s a big metal chunk who cares if it’s not “brand new”. This is what you need for pulling fence posts. I bolted a 4x4 to each post and they came right out. The little black tip for a handle sucks it kept coming off.

If you're buying this for going up and down you will be disappointed because only way to get it down is using a hammer to release the lock and boom anything on the jack goes down immediately. Found out yesterday as my boat went boom fast down. After using a hammer I'm sure it can't go back to where it came from.
