Loved the stone, quality was good. I still have it beside Sammies ashes,so I can see it everyday and remember my best 🧡 friend,whom I miss everyday.

This product is perfect, affordable, and exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that looked nice, was meaningful, showed her picture, was weatherproof, and sturdy. I didn’t expect much out of the carving utensil, so it didn’t surprise me when it didn’t work very well. That said, I already planned on going over it with a permanent marker, and that worked well. I made outlines with a pencil first... be warned! Do NOT erase. You will have lighter areas if you do. I didn’t like how I wrote the dates first, so I erased. You can kinda tell it’s lighter, but it’s not such a big deal or so noticeable that I would subtract a star for it. Still overall I am very satisfied. I used a wallet sized picture and cut it to fit in the plastic picture holder. It’s like a sturdy mini zip lock bag. Then I used a lighter to melt the plastic and seal it to make it waterproof. And then I superglued the plastic picture holder to the grave marker to make it more weatherproof because without the superglue, it just kinda slipped right out of it. Hope this is helpful to other pet owners who lost their babies and want to commemorate them in the best way possible!

It came quickly. Everything described exceeded my expectations upon arrival. I haven't put it outside yet, but I don't see if having any difficulty related to its durability.I wanted to add to my review since I finally had the strength to decorate it and put it outside. I couldn't find my carver for the name in the box but I could have lost it when I opened it. I used a standard wallet size picture and trimmed it down on the width end just a smidgen so it would fit nicely in the PE package so the picture doesn't get damaged and slid it into the provided picture slot.As far as the name to carve: I had my old school box that I keep markers/colored pencils in and I happened to still have my old stencils (letters/numbers/symbols); something you can get at a dollar tree, and my compass (the one with the pencil and one side with a sharp point to make circles. I used the stencils and a pencil to make my markings for the name, birthday & passed away date. I came back with the sharp point and scratched the pencil markings away and you are left with like an indention. That actually looks fine but I wanted color to recognize Sparky. I used permanent markers to follow my indention's I scratched in (very easy) and it fills in the colors. You could probably use a paperclip end or something that tiny but I have Still's Disease and my joints are effected so I needed something that I could grip and take rest breaks. It took me time but that is because I had to rest my hands; a healthy person could have it done in 15 minutes or less.?!? (Hope that all makes sense)As for putting it outside I didn't want it laying in the dirt so I put a garden flag up and I will have some rocks on top of the grave and it will lean up against the flag pole and rest on the rocks.The item is pretty as is or you can be creative and make it your own. I personally like mine with the pop of color and I am very pleased. This will be a product I continue to order as my pups grow old and pass on; praying I see them in Heaven someday. Puppy Love!
