Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Signature Braiser, 5 qt, Cerise

This is my second Le Creuset enameled cast iron piece, first was the 5.5qt dutch oven same color. I have been so happy with both of these purchases. I fell in love with the dutch oven and when I saw this I knew I had to get it. I love the material and the quality of food it makes is incredible. Definitely will be getting more from Le Creuset I actually also have an enameled on steel stock pot that I've had for years and didn't realize it was a Le Creuset, but very good piece as well, they really know their craftsmanship. If you're thinking these are too expensive I have heard that they last forever and from what I'm seeing, I can definitely believe it. Plus it's very easy on the eyes with their beautiful vibrant colors, love the red!

We've had this and two other from le Creuset for a long time now. There is no substitute. The cooking is so perfect, heat distribution is a dream, etc. I almost bought the small version and am glad I did not. This size is so versatile.We use the official cleaner and take very good care of ours. Putting them on their own spots on a shelf is nice, though, since they are so pretty.Definitely expensive, but not when I think about the amount of times we've saved by eating in rather than ordering an expensive meal at a restuarant. We can get better quality meals than what we normally order when we use this.

Once you buy a LeCruest you will never want another pot.. Extremely expensive but worth every penny.
