I ordered this product. It didn't not have a bowl. Just the little metal trivet that the can sits on.

Q: what kind of insert can you use ?

I use cans of nacho cheese in it for youth football- the whole can goes in. It’s easy for clean up.

Q: How long does it take to heat the nacho cheese?

30-45 minutes room temperature About 60 if cold
