The product wasn't melted or anything when it arrived even tho it was 90 degrees that day lol It tastes good..like grapes. I take one in the morning and my hot flashes have improved considerably. I barely get them now when it use to be every night. I don't experience any side effects..however I don't take the full dose either since one is enough for me. Because of this, it's definitely worth the money I spent.

I was happy to find resveratrol in a gummy form. i hate trying to swallow pills or capsules. these are much too expensive for the number you get, and there is no dessicant in the bottle. the gummies are sticky and clump together. after adding my own dessicant this stopped being a problem. for the price, i should not have to add to or take anything away. If I had to stop one of my supplements, this would be the one i'd stop.
