Q: does this game support the g27 wheel?

Unfortunately PS4 doesn't support G25 nor G27. So it's a matter of no racing sim on PS4 being playable with our racing wheels. If you, like me, want your wheel to be supported, visit and support the cause at Sony's official blog to voice request: http://share.blog.us.playstation.com/ideas/2014/05/20/ps4-compatibility-with-g25-steering-wheel/comment-page-3/Please spread this page to anyone you know wants to be able to play with G25 and G27 (and maybe even DFGT) on the PS4. Playing Driveclub, Project CARS, and even Gran Turismo 7 without a racing wheel is not worth it.

Q: does this game have offline Multiplayer mode?

If you mean AI races, then yes. It also has a full career mode that you experience from a professional drivers point of view. That means no grinding for cars and tracks, no money involved, just working yourself up the ranks base purely on your talent.

Q: Does this include the preorder dlc

It includes the Modified Car Pack, however the limited edition pack (along with the modified car pack) is only available through the limited edition hard copy and the digital version via PS4 or xBox store.
