Q: Is there a good cut-off line on the low beam?

They have a really sharp low beam cutoffline that works very well. This is only true if they fit properly in your headlight housing. I had to do some trimming on my 2011 Jk to make them fit and line up properly.

Q: Are these waterproof?

Haven't had any problems with them from rain. Are they water proof if you put them under water. I can't say for sure.

Q: what about flickering? i have a 2012 wrangler rubicon. will i have issues?

No flickering on my 2012 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited.

Q: what if my jeep doesnt have DRLs, can i still use the halos?

You can run the DRL cable to fuse box and jump one of the fuses.
