It’s not threaded so it might leak but I’d give it a go. Make the whole about the same size so it won’t split. Should hold if it doesn’t crack….

Spring loaded handle, no need psi to operate. But do require gravity to get the full flow rate.

Q: Will this fit the Santevia water filtration system?

Your application has to have 3/4” in order to make this work

Q: Will this work as a replacement part for a 5 gallon igloo cooler?

If the igloo cooler you have is with the 3/4” hole then yes it will fit
