Q: Is there any documented history of her having a car like this in any comics or any other media? I've never seen any.

As far as I know the Bombshells line was such a hit that DC wanted new ways to expand on it and since they used the 1950's Pin-Up model theme they just applied it to existing cars which they believed would match up well. None are actually associated with that particular super hero. Since these were going to be of great quality, Chevy, Ford, Dodge etc gave their stamp of approval on the final products issuing each car with a unique hologrammed serial number
