Oh yes. My baby had bald spots and after using this the hair started to grow back. Helps with hair growth. Dry scalp. Keeps the hair nice and soft BUT don’t use too much at once and apply 2-3x a week

I would say Giovanni if you have slight wavy/curly hair and you don't want it weighed down. Blueberry bliss for curlier hair that prefers it a bit weighed down. Honestly the blueberry bliss smells amazing, you could add an oz into a spray bottle and fill the rest for a light condition. I do this since I don't want build up in my locs.
