Dell Optiplex 7050 Micro Desktop, Intel i7, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, WiFi, Keyboard and Mouse, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

I’m very happy with it. I’ve played a few simple games and had no issues. Not a big fan of the mouse it comes with but that’s an easy replacement. I was a little skeptical at first but I’ve had zero issues so far, granted I’ve only had it a few weeks.

Crazy fast, I mean, for a 4 years old PC this machine is really quick. Booting time is faaaast! My Dell came well packaged, clean, with no visible scratches, and the Wireless/Bluetooth internal card was installed. The USB Wireless adapter was included as well because they don't guarantee that the internal card will be present. I didn't used the included mouse and keyboard, instead I used a Logitech wireless combo, and I plugged this mini PC to a Alienware 34 ultra wide monitor. My micro PC has three video connectors, two DPs and one HDMI. I am currently using the HDMI and everything works fine so far. The AC Adapter that was included in my package is not a Dell Charger (the advertisement says DELL CHARGER), it is the universal type that you can change the tips, so mine came with the appropriate Dell tip. Just to be clear I am reviewing the Dell Optiplex 7050 Micro Desktop (Core i7 6700T + 16 GB DDR4 RAM + 256 GB SSD). This is a very capable office computer, or a you can use it as a media server or as a HTPC. Very powerful for your money!

Was using as a simple desktop for email and internet. On-board video quit after 3 months. Called Dell, they said warranty was expired, Amazon offered a refund (replacement was not an option, I asked) and when I got the refund email, they only refunded 80% as per their policy (since out of 30 day window). Not worth a couple on months use to eat $30 because this quit working. I read somewhere there was a 1 year warranty on Amazon renewed products, wherever I read that, it was wrong. These are inexpensive, but if they break you will only get 80% of your money back and have to start over again with a new computer.

I was almost discouraged from buying this from the few negative remarks but.... I found it to be complete with no missing components. The wifi and antenna were present and in working order. The power supply and jack were there and appropriate for this unit. It fired up first time and updated for bios and win10 right away. I've paired it with a 24 inch Acer display and it works perfectly for my needs. I suspect that it wouldn't run resource hungry games but the graphic card is more than adequate for my needs. It loads up quickly and programs run with no glitches. It's too old for Windows 11, but for as long as they support Windows 10, I'm happy with it. Recommended.

What an incredible machine with a great price point. Getting an i7 for 16GB RAM for under $200 is a sweet deal. The machine has a display and HDMI port, so be aware. This is ideal for an affordable spare machine to have in hand.

Seems to work great. The only downside is you can't get an extended warranty from Dell. Because the existing warranty has already run out. You must get the extent did warranty before. The first warranty has totally expired or within a short. thereafter, but being Dell. It's likely not to break

Despite it being a Dell, and a 7 year old model..it’s a pretty amazing computer in 2022.Overall I’m happy with this purchase. This computer is the best kept secret on the internet, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a small, powerful machine that gives you a ton of bang for your buck!
