Q: Is there anywhere that you can get replacement poles for this?

Sorry i dont know as mine are fine so no need to look for. May i suggest asking the seller and see how long you have had the tent. I think mine is only about year old but only used when my grandson visits once a month. I leave it up as the tie ribbons very short so takes time to set up inside. This is a fault. Which i had known before i set up .
