My father started having trouble chewing (dysphasia) recently and started losing weight. I kept trying to get a Speech Therapist to work with him and/or to get testing but it took nearly 4 months to FINALLY get that underway. In the meantime I started making him a nutrient dense smoothie daily... complete with MCT Oil. Those vital calories and the easy digestibility of this oil are crucial for him right now. The fact that it is odorless and tasteless makes it perfect for my purpose.While MCT oil is a saturated fat, the affects on heart disease and the "bad" cholesterol numbers is a lot lower than other saturated fats. There's a lot of conflicting information out there about the benefits of coconut oil. I would suggest that if you have heard disease or gall bladder issues that you do your own research to determine if you would want to add this oil to your diet. Personally, I love using both MCT and regular coconut oil in my cooking and it certainly hasn't hurt my father, who had quadruple bypass surgery 25 years ago and has multiple stents. I've been using these oils for the 5 years he's been with me ... I believe it's due to this and other dietary changes that he's still with us.If I have any issues with this over time I'll come back and update my review. Happy Shopping!

Gave it five stars. Makes my coffee yummy with butter, tablespoon of sugar, heavy cream. I think it has helped my brains think and speak better. Lessens food cravings. Works

It’s a good oil. Tastes great in coffee!

This oil has no taste and is easy to consume. I take a tea spoon every day. Since I started using it, I have notices that I started loosing weight again. I had lost 34 pounds on a Ketogenic diet, but I had stopped loosing weight. I heard about the oil on youtube and I decided to try it. I am glad I did!!!

This is good, but you will dribble and spill too much oil everytime you go to measure, and it seems the makers have decided to ignore a LOT of people saying this in comments. If selling an oil that people have to pour & measure, why not sell it with a top suited for that, like bottles of olive oil do? Is it really so hard to switch to more of an olive oil style top? I spend WAY more money on MCT oil than I do olive oil, and shouldn't have to worry about my counter getting more of it than I do. Pls fix. Thank you.

Get a good MCT oil if you are serious about your health. This one is a winner. Easy to swallow.

Not sure this is even helpful. I've used it for months and saw no difference.
