Q: Does this have a setting for trickle charging for a motorcycle?

Yes that is what I use it for. No settings all automatic. Had 3 battery tender brand and all died in less than a year. This one is great. Highly recommend it

Q: Does it have a forced/manual mode that'd charge a completely drained battery?

It will only "recover" a battery that still has some residual voltage in it. For a 12 volts the battery must have at least a 7.5 residual voltage remaining - check using a volt meter. For a 6 volt battery, the battery must have at least 4 volts. You might get lucky under those residual voltages but I would not count on it. I do not believe there is anyway to "force" a charge it deems unsafe. A lead-acid battery at that low a voltage for a long period of time is likely not recoverable.
