Perfect for Home Studio.
I like the construction of this boom. It is substantial enough for my Home Recording studio. It collapses to an easy to store short length. For the price higher price of others I am glad to have purchased this boom.

The "Tiny Titan" of Boom Arms!
Small, yet tremendously functional. Solid knobs, smooth adjustment - looks great on my On Stage MS7625C Chrome Hex-Base Mic Stand. Highly recommended combo! Shipped really fast, too!

It seems to be sturdy
I have five microphone stands, so recently I purchased five units of the MSA9720TB model telescopic boom for them. The MSA9720TB seems to be sturdy, and I guess time will tell whether it does its job -- holding a microphone -- either well or poorly. The price ($25, -/+ a little, at the time I received unit #5) seems to be reasonable. Thanks, On-Stage Stands, I may come back for more of your products in the future.

Better than their other products.
Nice product. The 9000 series is a lot nicer than the 7000. I would recomend this product. It it well made.

High quality boom arm for a low price
Got this to replace one that had been worn out & whose threads were stripped on the telescoping part. Very happy with this!! Seems robust & good quality metal. Using it professionally.

One of the better boom arms available.
Nobody makes anything that will support really HEAVY mics, like the the old 5-pound vintage RCA 77 DX I own. However, this boom is more substantial than all the competitors I looked at. This is the best of what's out there, but that's faint praise. On Stage, would you please manufacture a boom arm for really HEAVY mics, with a counterbalance that weighs POUNDS, not ounces? Thanks.

Didn't feel like it'd be worth the hassle of going through the ...
It does what it's supposed to do. It holds my Blue Spark though sometimes I think it's holding it with all its might. The only reason I'm only giving two stars is mine came bent at the back of the arm just enough to where it will not allow the arm to slide all the way out. Didn't feel like it'd be worth the hassle of going through the return process plus I needed it right away, so I never mentioned it to the seller, so this is not a reflection on them.
