I recommend tools for these it just makes them so much easier. I suggest you get the “ 7pcs Edges + Tabs + Cylinder Cone Shape Bend Assist Tools For 3D Metal Puzzle Assemble Model Kits” by crazytoyscouk. They are amazingly helpful! And in my opinion the AT-AT was the easiest for me.

The dimensions listed in the ad are accurate. 6.73 L x 3.83 W x 2.91 H inches As far as "Scale", you will have to ask a Jedi or someone from the Empire motor pool, as to what the size of a "Real" star destroyer is. Then you could figure out a "Scale". BTW, it is on the very difficult end of the difficultness continuum. Some very tiny pieces, but it is well done and looks great when complete.
