Although I would definitely dispute that it's "grim" up north where I live, the fact is that we can be a bit deprived of sunlight during the winter months. I've certainly stopped feeling "winter tired" since I've been taking one of these every day, and will continue to do so. And it's great that they're vegan - thank you!

Vitamin D3 is one of many vitamins that people just don't get enough of! I'm starting to really investigate vitamins and finding that I really should be taking a lot more, including this one! I certainly feel better since I started improving my eating habits, walking more and taking these and other vitamins, and I'm confident that I'll see more benefits in the future.

I usually purchase these from the high street but paid the same online and also had speedy delivery too. Hard to rate the ‘flavour’ as you can’t taste anything and taking a tablet is not something you do for flavour.
