This device was a disaster. Purchased it twice thinking something was wrong with it. The main air conditioner should come standard with some kind of controls frankly. This was an overpriced malfunctioning nightmare that would constantly lose connection to the AC it was supposed to act as a thermostat for. It is not worth the high price accompanied with very difficult instructions which were out of date. If we didn’t know some code there was no way to get access to it. If power ever goes down it will disconnect and need to be set up all over again. Not recommended.

For $400 this is a joke, TrippLite should be ashamed to even have this in their lineup. The device has probably not been updated sime early 2010, no mobile app, no cloud access. Set up is anything but easy, i am seriously regretting my decision be deploy TripLite.
