I have been using past 10 years, it’s a wonderful product. It’s easy to use and the water can be quizzed with out touching it

This mop leaves the floor wet and it's mechanism is very delicate. The one I bought, has broken in less than 4 weeks of use. Am completely disappointed

Though used this product before the recent purchase was a bad experience. Spoiled in less than 4 months.
